Job summary:
The role is responsible for the business process improvement projects. The role is accountable for the future state of the business processes, system enhancements and operational design.
Essential Functions:
- Execute the work under Directors of CATO as well as for the VP for Crew and Travel Operations
- Handling all process improvement / systems enhancement projects including change requests and getting their sign-off
- Conducts data gathering, data analysis and come up with an operational design
- Provide project status on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule through a roadmap call and identify target dates of completion
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst specifically for system project background
- Collaborative, determined, good communication and presentation skills, must have “grit”, AWS, MS Office and Visio
