Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting global data initiatives across the organization, including demand planning, APS, and PFEP projects. This role bridges the gap between the MAST program team and brand teams, ensuring seamless data change implementation and support for both conventional and unconventional business needs such as dry dock, major refits, and new equipment installations. The analyst will contribute through data analysis, business analysis, project coordination, and change management, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Lead coordination and execution of data change packages submitted by business units, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between MAST program and brand teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to support planning and operational decisions; generate reports and dashboards as needed.
- Support or lead project management tasks, including scoping, documentation, and tracking of deliverables for data-related initiatives.
- Provide data support for non-standard initiatives such as dry docks, refits, and equipment installations.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant job experience.
- Professional certifications in project management or data management are a plus.
- Proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within maintenance management, inventory management or inventory control.
- Working knowledge of shipboard or warehouse technical spares / inventory operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare requisitioning, monitoring, and associated analytics.
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (day shift/mid shift in PHT)
