Responsibilities
Job Summary:
This position involves selling cruise vacation packages through outbound and inbound calls, developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales. Responsibilities include managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, scheduling follow-ups, and converting leads into reservations. A customer-centered approach is important for building long-term relationships, repeat business and referrals. The role requires working independently to consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
Essential Functions:
Promote and sell Carnival Cruise Line cruises for Australia by engaging with guests and following up on leads through both inbound and outbound calls. The role requires meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, including making changes, upgrades, and additions to current bookings.
Maintain a database of customer contacts to close sales. Regularly update the database and set reminders to reach customers, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
Attend mandatory training and meetings regularly with your coach and management team. Some sessions may be ad hoc, but participation is required.
Present cruise products and provide tailored travel recommendations.
Maintain and enhance relationships with past and current guests while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Perform additional job-related functions as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
ONLY considering residents from Arizona.
1 year experience in inside or outside field sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of success. 1-year experience in new business development and customer relationship management with a background in customer service.
Skilled in Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook. Capable of quickly learning and adapting to new technology.
Consistent and reliable attendance, along with punctuality, are essential job functions.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other countries' business practices and telemarketing standards, such as Australia.
Persuasive and quick to build rapport.
Proficiency in addressing and resolving objections.
Capable of quickly learning and adapting to new technology.
Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, either with or without reasonable accommodation.

TRAINING (4 weeks)
(EST) 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Monday – Friday (includes Saturday am)
After 4-week training (reg. shift)
(EST) 07:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sunday through Thursday

Salary
The starting hourly pay rate for this role is $15.15/hour.

Holidays – All full-time and part-time with benefits employees receive days off for 8 company-wide holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays to be taken at the employee’s discretion.
Vacation Time – All full-time employees at the manager and below level start with 14 days/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure.
Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year.
