Sr. Analyst, Innovation and Solutions

The Sr. Innovation & Solutions Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting complex global sourcing and supply chain initiatives through solution design, AI and automation, analytics and structured project execution across multiple brands.

This role is part of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Technology and Solutions team partnering with business stakeholders to define business problems, translate requirements into practical solutions, conduct analysis, and implement solutions.

The role owns small to medium initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and requirements gathering through solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. It applies technical, analytical and project management capabilities to improve sourcing and supply chain processes, reporting, data handling, and decision support.

The role operates with supervision but requires strong self-governance, stakeholder management, and execution skills. It serves as a bridge between business needs and technology-enabled solutions, using established frameworks, systems, and governance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Essential Functions:

• Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert in various Sourcing and Supply Chain applications like Coupa (Sourcing, Supplier Management, CSO, AIC, CLM), Ariba CLM, Docusign

  • Engage with business users to document business requirements, user needs, process flows, and success criteria using standardized approaches

  • Implement the solution which could involve configuration changes, integrations, automation workflows and AI Agents

  • Identify opportunities to promote adoption of existing solutions, AI capabilities, automation, and data solutions to address business needs

  • Develop and maintain solution documentation and support release/change management activities

• AI, Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation across sourcing, supply chain, analytics, reporting, and operational workflows

  • Design and implement small to medium automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate execution

  • Automate repeatable activities such as data preparation, reporting, bid analysis, intake processes, workflows, and recurring refreshes

  • Develop reusable templates, scripts, prompts, and workflows and support pilots through adoption and scale

  • Continuously evaluate processes, systems, and user feedback to identify and implement practical improvements                                                 

• Application/Platform Administration

  • Manage and administer applications like Coupa, Ariba along with Power BI/Power Platform environments

  • Promote resources from lower environments to the production environment

  • Manage user access across applications and platforms                                             

• Testing, Deployment & Application Support

  • Develop and execute unit and UAT test plans and scripts for cross-team solutions

  • Coordinate end-user testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and readiness for deployment

  • Provide Level 1-2 support for assigned applications, analytics solutions, automations, and workflows

  • Support data loads, recurring data refreshes, release activities, training materials, and change management

• Perform other duties as assigned       

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, solutions analyst, project analyst, or equivalent role with a track record of driving results

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain application suites like Coupa, Ariba, Docusign

• Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical solutions

• Experience owning workstreams or projects end-to-end with limited supervision

• SQL or data querying experience at intermediate to experienced level

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, scripting, workflow tools, or similar technologies

• Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, summarization, workflow improvement, process automation

• Experience with UAT, defect tracking, release/deployment, change management, and application support

• Demonstrated project management or Agile experience, including managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders

• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without direct authority

• Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or other programming experience is a plus

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

Travel: No or very little travel likely

Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

This position is classified as “in-office.”  As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays.  Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
