Job Description


Manages various elements of the Cobrand program involving the banks and networks as well as priority projects interfacing with various internal and external partners and stakeholders.  This position is responsible for management of timelines, coordination and communication including project management and execution from project inception to completion as well as some day-to-day functions of cobrand program and portfolio management including acquisitions and existing card member engagement activities.

Job Functions:

  • Manages complex, multi-party projects that enhance cobrand capabilities or profitability. Liaises between loyalty/cobrand team and bank partner, network partner, internal IT resources and shoreside and shipboard operational teams. Manages project timelines, deliverables and results.
  • Manages aspects of employee facing acquisition programs including program interface and processes, coordination of collateral refreshes, training and troubleshooting.
  • Manages aspects of Cobrand and loyalty reporting, including optimization and distribution of reports.
  • Brings / vets new ideas for cobrand enhancement, efficiencies and supports research, requirement gathering and business case development.

Qualifications:

  • Education:  bachelor’s degree in finance, business or marketing required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • Work Experience:  5+ years Business / Finance / Project Management / Banking/ Cobrand Role required. Experience in at least one of these areas: 1) Credit Card / Cobrand ; 2) Banking or finance 3) Loyalty or travel; 4) High pace environment like management consulting, private equity or start-ups preferred.

Physical Demands:  Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. 

Travel:  Less than 25% travel ship and shore based

Work Conditions:  Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. 

The range for this role’s salary rate is $75,000-$120,000.  Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

    • Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year.  Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
