Responsibilities
The Director, Global Gaming Strategic Partnerships, leads the development and management of strategic relationships that support the acquisition of high-value casino guests across Carnival Corporation. This role plays a critical part in expanding the Casino Travel Agent network, building partnerships that drive incremental bookings and onboard revenue.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Gaming Marketing, the Director drives the broader partnership strategy, including strategic partner acquisition, while owning key initiatives focused on casino travel agent engagement, onboarding, and performance optimization. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new partnerships, while also overseeing the success and optimization of existing relationships. This role also collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs and guest acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
Casino Travel Agent (CTA) Network Development - Identify, onboard, secure, and cultivate relationships with casino travel agents. Develop engagement strategies and tools to support agent success and guest acquisition. Lead negotiations, structure agreements, and oversee the implementation of partnership contracts to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
Strategic Partnership Support & Expansion - Partner with the VP of Global Gaming Partnerships to execute broader partnership strategies. Drive identification of high-impact partnership opportunities, oversee negotiation processes, and ensure successful onboarding and integration. Provide strategic guidance to the VP and cross-functional teams to maximize partnership value and long-term growth within focused sections (CTA networks and influencers).
Partner Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Oversee the performance and satisfaction of existing partners; ensure delivery of value through regular reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, guest services, operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives; develop and maintain reporting frameworks to measure partnership effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting - Establish and maintain communication with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives. Oversee the development of high-impact reports and executive-level presentations that deliver performance insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Financial Oversight - Manage and optimize $30M - $40M annual attributable revenue, and a marketing budget of $15M - $25M annually, to ensure effective allocation, cost control, and maximum ROI. Provide accurate forecasting, monitor performance, and align spending with business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Advanced degree or certifications in partnership development or the travel industry preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino marketing, travel agent engagement, or partnership development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with experience using performance data to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and comfortable working with internal teams and external partners at various levels.
Hands-on experience developing and managing travel agent networks, with a focus on high-value guest acquisition.
Proven success in supporting strategic partnerships, including onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and guest services.
Track record of using data to inform strategy, improve partner performance, and drive business growth.
Strong background in casino marketing or hospitality, with an understanding of guest behavior and loyalty dynamics.

Holidays – All full-time and part-time with benefits employees receive days off for 8 company-wide holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays to be taken at the employee’s discretion.
Vacation Time – All full-time employees at the manager and below level start with 14 days/year; director and above level start with 19 days/year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure.
Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
