Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lagoon Technician is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Clean lagoon and skim debris in water using net and vacuum.
- Empty and change lagoon filters.
- Test chlorine and pH levels in lagoon water
- Add chemicals (e.g., chlorine, acid) to maintain water quality.
- Repair underwater light fittings, cracks, leaks, and faulty equipment
- Perform preventive lagoon maintenance.
- Perform daily weekly monthly and annual maintenance.
- Drain pools and water lines as needed (e.g., repairs, seasonal prep)
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Collect and record pertinent information.
- Any other tasks required by Management
