Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Tax Analyst. The individual will be responsible for the preparation/review of U.S. federal and state income tax returns.  Further, this individual may be responsible to prepare/review information returns and non-income tax returns.  Individual will be involved in the Provision, and Forecast process.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and Review U.S. federal and state income and franchise tax returns
  • Prepare and Review U.S. federal and state information returns
  • Prepare and Review state non-income tax returns
  • Assist with federal and state tax audits
  • Assist with special projects
  • Prepare U.S. federal and state tax liability with respect to provisions
  • Prepare U.S. federal and state tax liability with respect to Forecast
  • Prepare responses to IRS/state notices


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Master of Accounting or related field required
  • CPA preferred
  • 2 years’ experience with tax preparation for corporate tax returns, preferably in a Big 4 or large national firm
  • Prior industry and operational business experience is a plus
  • Prior experience with GoSystem Tax software or other tax compliance software is a must
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
