Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of tools, analytics, and reporting that assist the performance analytics team in maximizing on-board revenue, enabling better decisions, achieving strategic objectives, and increasing efficiencies.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Sifts through large amounts of data and identifies business trends, opportunities, and risks for action by management
  • Consolidates information and produces reports to be used by management to drive initiatives
  • Develops financial analysis and modeling to simulate results from strategic initiatives while tracking/reporting on results
  • Identifies business trends, opportunities, and risks for action by management
  • Supports budget and forecast process as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Engineering or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience. 
  • Management consulting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Applied knowledge of financial database system.
  • High-level proficiency with financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of revenue and cost components and drivers.
  • Applied knowledge of profitability and return on investment modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organizational skills to coordinate action plans and implement actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills to deliver effective and informative material.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change in dynamic environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex analysis to varying management levels using a simple and understandable approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and provide support as needed.
