You have a relentless intellectual curiosity and love to apply your creative mindset to analyzing and solving complex business cases.  Based out of our Miami Headquarter you will travel internationally (up to 25%) visiting the global locations of our 10 brands to audit and analyze operational business processes.  You are not only an experienced auditor or consultant, you also possess the business acumen to develop action plans to replicate and implement best practices in order to optimize performance in other parts of the business.  You have developed unparalleled communication skills working in multi-cultural environments.  You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience with a Big 4, management consulting firm or large/complex internal audit department and have been looking for the right high visibility opportunity to be “on the client side” of a growing Fortune 200 company with a global footprint.

We are currently seeking a Senior Auditor for Risk Advisory, and Assurance Services. The senior position will partner with various levels of management in reviewing key business processes and controls across multiple operating companies in order to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies by identifying and leveraging best practices.  Given the complexities of the processes across these operating companies, the Senior Auditor must be able to analyze areas creatively, successfully balance multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong analytical skills when identifying / remediating complex business problems.  Further, the Senior Auditor will be expected to have strong project management skills coupled with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.  Assignments will be varied and shifting of priorities to meet business demands of the company should be expected.

Essential Functions:

  • Assisting and / or leading the planning and execution of process and system audits across multiple operating companies.
  • Interfacing with management to develop an understanding of key business objectives and associated risks.
  • Identifying and developing meaningful business analyses to effectively evaluate processes and efficiencies across multiple operating companies.
  • Communicating results of analyses to all levels of management.
  • Partnering with management to develop appropriate solutions for opportunities identified.
  • Developing and delivering informative, well-organized executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience with Big Four accounting firm, management consulting firm, and/or large/complex internal audit department.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems in order to identify common themes and solutions.
  • Inquisitive nature, resourceful, and an ability to seek out information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate information to various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion and coordinate action plans.
  • Self-disciplined and able to meet demanding timelines.
  • Personal initiative and enthusiasm for success in a complex and challenging environment.
  • Ability to travel, including international (up to 25%).
