Job Description:

Carnival Corporation & PLC is hiring an Asset Performance Sr. Analyst! This role is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators for asset management contractual obligations.  The Senior Analyst will also monitor compliance of required spares and inventory for critical equipment. This role will assist Director of Global Maintenance Planning in solving contractual disputes and cost control.

 Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and reports progress of fuel conservation projects
  • Update KPIs dashboard and monitor metrics for asset management improvements.
  • Control projects schedule and spending, present update status to Management 
  • Build ad-hoc technical analyses and business cases to support assets upgrade and fuel efficiency program implementation.
  • Monitor corporate fleet inventory, report critical gaps and financial impacts to Management.
  • Record and report progress on Brands crew member technical training plan.
  • Coordinate meetings between Brands and Supplier for progress updates, problem solving and efficiency improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics or other related Business majors, MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 5 year experience in project and contract management
  • Familiar with inventory, planning and data analysis processes
  • Good planning and performance analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools and inventory software
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in Budgeting and forecasting process
