Assistant Supervisor (Part Time) Guest Logistics
Job Description:

As a part time Assistant Supervisor for our Port of Miami (occasionally Port Everglades) operation, you play an important role in supervising our staff and the operation during embarkation/debarkation process to ensure quality service for our guests. Throughout our busy operation, you will have the opportunity to: Use a high level of attention to detail to monitor the quality of service being provided by our staff to our guests and ensure optimal quality service. Use your successful management skills to oversee the embarkation and debarkation process, including the operation and personnel. Maintain a high level of energy and stamina while providing service to our guests. Manage our staffing resources to meet our guest needs and enhance the cruise experience. Utilize your PC skills as you accurately and efficiently service our guests through use of our unique check-in system. Confidently and effectively communicate with guests and staff as you answer questions and disseminate and distribute important cruise information. Build strong relationships and work cohesively with employees, guests, vendors and internal departments through use of interpersonal skills. Successfully manage a group of 20-30 agents during the operation. Seek innovative ways to inspire and lead a diverse, high energy team to consistently improve our guests’ experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years successful supervisory/management experience in a customer service/logistics environment, preferably in the travel industry. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
