Health Care Insurance:
Employees may choose between an HMO or a POS (Point Of Service) plan that includes a discounted vision benefit. Your prescription coverage is provided through a nationwide network of participating pharmacies.
Dental coverage is also offered and can be purchased separately or combined with the medical plan.
Your health care coverage generally begins on the day after you complete 90 calendar days of continuous active eligible employment.
Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts ("FSAs"):
Employees may defer a portion of their pay, on a pre-tax basis, into an account for eligible unreimbursed health care and/or dependent care expenses.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance:
Carnival provides life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost to employees.
Optional Life Insurance:
Employees may purchase additional life insurance on an after-tax basis at their own expense.
Long Term Disability Insurance:
Carnival also provides company-paid employee long term disability coverage in the event of total disability.
401(k) Savings Plan:
Carnival provides savings for retirement through a 401(k) plan effective on your first day.
Tuition Reimbursement Program:
Employees can receive tuition reimbursement after six consecutive months of employment.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan:
Carnival offers a stock purchase plan that provides eligible employees the opportunity to purchase Carnival Corporation Common Stock at a discount off of the Fair Market Value.
Child Development Center (Camp Carnival):
As our employee, you may take advantage of our child care center.
Employee Health & Wellness Center (Club Carnival):
Club Carnival provides employees with a full range of health & wellness activities.
Employees are entitled to 80 hours sick time annually.
Paid Time Off (“PTO”):*
Employees below the level of manager are entitled to 112 PTO hours annually. Employees can earn up to 192 PTO hours annually at 15 years of service.

*If you are classified as part-time with benefits, your hours are slightly less due to your reduced work schedule.
